SPONSOR APPLICATION

For the fee of_____________ Sponsor shall receive premium space at Festival location during the hours of show operation to be agreed upon at time of sponsor consideration. Sponsor shall also receive premier placement in all advertising done prior to the show and shall receive due credit for sponsorship of the event. Sponsor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify producers and all associated/related entities from any and all legal actions stemming from this agreement and the sponsors’ involvement in the event, whether those actions should be actual, incidental, consequential, or punitive in nature. This is a No-Rain date event and no refunds due for acts of weather or beyond control of operating entity.

Space placement based on application date, premium spaces, available space, building safety considerations, and viewing traffic patterns.

This constitutes the sole and only instrument for consideration.
